Multi-function cutting oil
Application：This product adds antifriction agent and boundary lubricant to plant base oil, supplemented with rust inhibitor and oiliness agent, so that the whole system achieves synergistic compatibility effect, forming a composite oil with lubrication, rust prevention, heat dissipation, flushing and other functions. It can provide proper lubrication protection for precision cutting, heavy-load cutting, broaching, drilling, tapping, etc. performed on CNC lathes, automatic lathes, etc.

Performance advantages:
1. Contains antifriction agent and boundary lubricant, which work together to effectively control the wear of machine parts under impact load conditions, provide the lubrication requirements required for contact between the tool and the workpiece, and reduce excessive wear of the tool;
2. It can provide lubrication protection for precision machining with cutting speeds ranging from several millimeters per minute to high-speed machining with cutting speeds of hundreds of meters per minute and new surface machining with pressures as high as 2~3GPa, thereby improving the forming rate of the product;
3. It has inter-process rust prevention, can provide comprehensive protection for workpieces and machines, rust and corrosion prevention, and is compatible with most metals, rubbers and plastics without deformation.
Main Application:
Multifunctional cutting oil is suitable for precision cutting, high-speed cutting and heavy-load cutting of conventional metal materials, including common methods such as turning, milling, boring, tapping, drilling, reaming, broaching and gear hobbing.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors. If it is stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and submersion of the mark on the barrel;
2. This product is forbidden to be mixed with foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to deteriorate and become ineffective;
3. Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
