Performance advantages:
1. Good extreme pressure and wear resistance: It can form a boundary lubrication film at the interface of the workpiece under high temperature and high pressure to prevent direct contact between metal and tool, effectively avoid burns on the workpiece, improve processing accuracy, and reduce tool wear;
2. Excellent antioxidant ability: It uses saturated synthetic esters and imported antioxidant additives to ensure that the oil is not easy to oxidize and discolor.
3. Good cooling and cleaning properties: It has excellent cooling and cleaning properties, and can wash away the debris generated during high-speed processing and take away the heat generated by intense friction during high-speed processing;
4. Excellent operability: It is transparent in color, easy to observe the workpiece being processed, low in odor, does not hurt the hands, and effectively improves the working environment of workers.
Main Application:
This product is suitable for grinding of heat-treated high-speed steel, cemented carbide, etc.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and obliteration of the barrel mark.
2. This product is forbidden to be mixed with water and foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to emulsify, deteriorate, and fail.
3. Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
