Performance advantages:
1. Good brightness, can better maintain the brightness of the workpiece surface under non-oxidative heating conditions, low oil consumption, and clean workpieces.
2. Good cooling performance and rust resistance, the surface of parts after quenching is smooth, ensuring the surface hardness and specific metallographic structure required by the quenching material.
3. Good thermal oxidation stability, can maintain long-term stable brightness and good cooling characteristics, and has a long service life.
Main Application:
Suitable for quenching bearing steel, mold steel and other structural steel in a protective atmosphere. The recommended operating temperature is 20-80℃.
Especially recommended for continuous heat treatment furnaces for quenching of workpieces requiring smoothness such as screws and nuts, standard parts and hardware tools.
Precautions:
1. Prevent other debris from entering during storage. Do not mix with other oils.
2. Avoid open flames near oils.
