Application:This series of products is specially developed for the stretching process of aluminum products such as aluminum mobile phone battery cases and new energy power battery cases. It is composed of refined mineral oil as the base oil, added with various self-synthetic lipid lubricants, antioxidants, sedimentation agents, etc. It has very strong stretching lubrication effect and oil film strength.

Performance advantages:
1. Super long lubrication performance: The oil products are made of three types of hydrorefined base oil and special additives. Its lubricity and oil film strength are more than twice that of other similar products, which can greatly extend the service life of the mold and reduce the frequency of mold repair.
2. Not easy to produce black spots: The high purity and perfect formula combination of the hydrogenated base oil used can effectively prevent the formation of oxidation dirt and facilitate subsequent cleaning.
3. Good cleanability: Even under the same cleaning conditions, the oil products are very easy to be removed, and the return rate is often lower, reducing the cleaning cost.
4. Very good anti-rust performance: not only has good anti-oxidation properties for aluminum shells, but also has a good anti-rust effect on machine tools and oil circuit systems, which plays a good maintenance role for machine tools.
5. Strong versatility: Not only small aluminum battery shells for mobile phones but also large shells for new energy power batteries, our products can be applied
Main uses:
Battery shell forming oil is suitable for various aluminum battery shell stamping and stretching purposes. The corresponding model is selected according to the different stretching heights;
It can also be used for stamping and stretching of copper materials, cold-rolled plates, etc.
